If you have your own Cherry Mobile Prepaid SIM and wanted to reload your account you can do it Via Globe AutoloadMax, Convenience Store, Malls and any other Remittance center nationwide, now if you are a load retailer of this Prepaid Sim you can reload your new customer that has this Cherry Mobile Prepaid SIM with a regular load and any other promos offer, just follow the steps we will provide you below, also you can use the load menu or dial USSD code using the retailer SIM and just go to desired call, text and or internet load, take note that if the user wanted to have a regular load then you just only need their mobile number and the exact amount they wanted to reload before confirming the transaction made.
How To Reload Cherry Prepaid SIM?
For AutoloadMax retailers, you need to go to:
- Load Menu
- Regular Load
- Input Cherry Prepaid Mobile number
- Input Amount
- Press “Confirm"
For Cherry Prepaid load promos:
Just dial *100#, select Cherry Promos then choose the promo you want to reload, ask the mobile number then confirm the load transaction.
On every successful reloading process, you and your customer will receive an SMS notification. You can check your load or do a balance inquiry to confirm if the amount or promo is loaded to your Cherry Prepaid SIM account.
For Prepaid Load cards:
You can buy at your nearest Globe retailers, stores, and Cherry Mobile kiosks. Follow the instructions at the back of the load card to reload your mobile number.
Do note that all prepaid loads and promos have an expiry date, you need to consume or use the promo and load before the validity date ends.
